My client is an insurtech firm dedicated to transforming the insurance industry through technology and innovation. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Strategic Partnership Manager / Senior Manager to join their team based in Hong Kong to drive strategic partnerships and global growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage global strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth and enhance our product offerings.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential partners, industry trends, and competitive landscape across different regions.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful execution and integration of partnership initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry influencers on a global scale.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and partnership updates to senior leadership.
Represent the company at international industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and build a network of potential partners.
Stay abreast of global industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field within the insurtech or general insurance or financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proven track record of developing and managing successful global strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of the insurtech / general insurance industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
