Zeila Sulaiman

Zeila joined The Barton Partnership in 2022 as the Business Support Lead for the APAC region. She brings over 12 years of professional experience, including 9 years in recruitment, supporting teams primarily across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

Leveraging her extensive expertise, Zeila plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and operations of our APAC offices. She also drives key initiatives locally across Independent Consulting, Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Finance. She recently expanded her qualifications by obtaining a graduate diploma in Human Capital Development. In addition to her current responsibilities, Zeila now assists Consultants with search assignments.

Zeila enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family and friends outside of work.
