Kaitlin Bedford

​​Kaitlin joined The Barton Partnership in 2022 from a Finance & Accounting Recruitment Firm and having graduated from Providence College with a B.A. in Marketing and minor in Spanish; she completed a semester studying abroad in Sevilla, Spain.  

As a Consultant, she supports the Senior Consultants with searches across four verticals: Commerce & Industry, Professional Services, Financial Services, and Private Equity. 

Kaitlin grew up in Greenwich, CT and was an avid 3-sport athlete & D1 lacrosse recruit. Outside of work she loves to cheer on her Friar’s basketball team, scuba dive, ski, cook, and travel!
