Jodi-Lee Talmage

Jodi-Lee, originally from South Africa, earned her Master's in Sociology from The University of Edinburgh in 2023. After solo travelling through Australasia and Asia, she moved to London to launch her career in recruitment. As an Associate Consultant in The Barton Partnership's Central Delivery Team, she specialises in facilitating the permanent and contract placement of Independent Consultants and Interim Professionals within Transformation & Change.

Outside work, Jodi-Lee enjoys hiking, running, sailing, painting, writing poetry, and reading. Passionate about giving back, she actively contributes to improving South Africa's socio-economic landscape through volunteering and fundraising. She also treasures time with her family and friends.
