James Roberts

James leads the APAC business, as well as the Private Equity & Financial Servcies verticals for the region.

Prior to joining The Barton Partnership, James built a team and established a strong track record in terms of client delivery within a leading Banking & Financial Services executive search firm based out of Singapore.

He has over 10 years of senior recruitment experience in Asia spanning Private Equity, Strategy, Transformation & Change, M&A, Investment Banking and COO functions. James holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sydney. James spent over 14 years in Singapore, before recently relocating to Sydney to help grow the Australian practice.
