Callum Small

​Callum joined The Barton Partnership in 2016 as a senior consultant on the interim desk, tasked with expanding the financial services proposition. He is a University of St. Andrews graduate with 9 years of experience with Marks Sattin in a variety of roles across finance and change. Callum was part of the team to launch and develop the business’ Change Management desk in 2008 focusing on banking. More recently he was also involved in the growth of their insurance desk and has worked across asset management and private equity in addition.

Callum’s current responsibilities include working with our network of interim recruitment consultants at all levels while developing the teams financial services clients – spanning banking (retail, challenger, investment), insurance, private equity, fin tech and payments.

Outside of work Callum is a keen golfer, a prerequisite for studying in St Andrews, as well as an avid sports fan – although supporting Arsenal and being Scottish makes for minimal opportunity to celebrate.
