Adam Leach
Associate Director
Adam joined The Barton Partnership toward the end of 2014 following the completion of his Psychology degree and a year of travel. Throughout his time within TBP he has specifically focused on the Independent Consulting Projects, working alongside clients throughout the FTSE 100, 250, as well as smaller private equity backed businesses. He has successfully helped this team grow into one of the largest practice areas of the company, both in the UK and internationally.
Originally joining The Barton Partnership’s research program he has since graduated to the level of Principal Consultant and has transitioned to our New York office to lead the development of our Independent Consulting division within North America.
In his spare time Adam enjoys both watching and playing Football, quasi-seriously visiting the gym, and periodically injuring himself whilst climbing. He is also a passionate Northerner and musician making him an avid Oasis fan.
“I joined the Barton Partnership due to its niche area of focus as well as its brand as a leading search firm in the strategy marketplace. The individuals I am able to speak to and meet with are ultimately advising on, or creating, the business strategies which will lead to fundamental change for members of the general public, and this is a thoroughly exciting proposition. Within the firm itself, we also have a great boutique culture which feels much more collaborative and open than that which I saw whilst interviewing elsewhere.”
